Digital experience for a talent consultancy company.
THE TASK
The client wanted a professional website to showcase their new brand and complement their new talent operating system they had recently had built for their fresh talent consulting business.
THE BIG IDEA
The site needed to be modern, interactive and effortless, whilst aligning with their new branding and operating system.
I wanted to bring some excitement to the monochromatic nature of the brand, opting for movement through the use of visually captivating video’s and GIFs carefully positioned around the site. This was supported by strategically placed interactive elements and strong typographical layout.
THE PROCESS
I started this project by mind mapping the keywords for the look and feel, then began mood boarding, gathering inspiration for the layout, iconography and interactive elements.
On completion of the initial ideation stage, I started sketching out wireframe ideas to pin down the visual layout and interactive elements, before moving on to the machine to build out the wireframe.
Once I was happy with the wireframe, I began the skinning process, applying the typography and colour palette, before gathering the interactive GIFs for the header sections etc.
After finishing this stage, I prototyped some of the interactive elements within Adobe XD, connected the buttons to ensure the user flow worked as planned and then handed the project over to the development team.
CHALLENGES / OUTCOMES
Upon completion the client was able to launch with a bang and place their business firmly in the market, securing multiple contracts in a matter of weeks.
